Bossa boss
Times are so exiting right now! For so long I've tried to squeez out ideas, like : let's invent the new YouTube, Facebook etc.. And I sat there on my usp the whole time!
I'm happy I came up with it now though, time has made me ready and strong to stand my ground.
Dave is now helping me and working real hard on making it massive. Working on the royalty free vocal samples you will be able to buy, got other singers coming along now and more!

Exited
Just came back from a well needed break in Sweden and so many things are happening back in The UK. Dave has been working hard as always and had so much to tell me!

Advice
Hanging in soho having a coffee waiting to teach.
Something that happened on twitter yesterday pops into my head...
Wanna start by saying: if I had followed all advice I've got along the way I would not have moved to the UK, would not be doing freevocals.com, not make crazy jewellery.. Think you get the picture.
I wanna get to the bottom of why people feel the need to give advice even when I have not asked for it, specially boys in my case.
I posted something about my DJ specials and how much they are on twitter. This random person said why do you charge so much, who are you anyway, do it like this... Bla bla..
I really don't know why I still feel offended and feel the need to defend myself when this happens.
We had a banter which was kind of fun and in the end he said:"you're taking it the wrong way, it's just friendly advice.."
This made me laugh. First of all I didn't ask for it, second, is this people who think they are so clever and want to help everyone at all times?!

What is this thing we humans have about wanting to be the best, the most etc?
Sure I want that too so I was thinking... I don't wanna be the biggest woman because I could not dance, I don't wanna be the skinniest because I love food, its too late to be the youngest performer on X factor, I don't have the biggest collection of anything, not in to extreme sports or extreme sex... So could I be the most average?! Most average measures, eating normal foods, couple hobbies etc.
How would this ever work? How would we measure average? !

Why I love London
I was in my own little world the other day when I looked up what train to take to get to my class in London. On the train I'm thinking, hang on a minute.. Ha ha mistake done and before I even have time to get anoyed I think, I can go to some shops.
Instead of going straight to Holborn where I need to go I jump off at Tottenham court road and walked down. Wow things happen for a reason!
I happen to stumble across a free exhibition of the artist Mr Brainwash.
I got a free can of paint as I walked in. Walked around and got so inspired to make more arty stuff with what I do. As I walked towards the exit I saw postcards and thought I make my contribution. And that was free too! Got 2 posters and 3 postcards!
Wow I wanna do that when I am rich and famous to give something back!

The Olympics
So exited that I've actually been in the middle of it all, feels like a once in a lifetime thing to live in a city where the Olympics is being held. Just been to Hyde Park had a cold one and watched some swimming and football. Even saw the torch when it passed Redhill!
A bit sad that I have not seen as much as I usually do, yet happy I got a nice dose yesterday.

Anyway, was thinking about a fashion that is developing at the moment. Jeans shorts so short we all can see your butt cheeks. What is that?!

Finally I am more mobile than ever. Managed to get an early upgrade at p4u, love that place! (+ some nice free bees) It was almost time anyway and got my Samsung note even earlier.
Its amazing and I love it already. Still getting used to the touch ha ha feel a bit old..
To think that I had my very first phone that could not even send a text when I was 16 is weird...!

Spa
Oh wow my mom just treated me to a spa in Hungary. Told all the girls and Dave and I think they all thought I was going to a place with pink "fluffy" rooms, rose water etc...
As we got closer to the hotel the smell of eggs got stronger..
One of the treatments I got was to hang by the neck with weights on my waist in a pool smelling like eggs... Wow!
There was like a little edge in the pool I tried to keep my feet on and like sticks for your arms to hold on to. The man put me in the pool and when I tried to hold on he just said(friendly yet firm) "Hangen"
Hurt a little and actually straightened out my neck, lovely!
When it was time for a
treatment the person called your name from different rooms. The mud pack
man just opened the door and said: " Slam, slam"
Me and auntie went for that together and where proper confused.
It
was a bit weird at fist to lay there naked with a man putting it on,
in the places the doctor had said to treat. Then auntie said, " Ah its
like hospital, they have seen it all!" Ye true I guess, and oh the mud
pack was amazing. After getting big "blobs" of warm mud "slapped" on we got tucked in. The big blanket made it so warm and lovely, mmmm fell sleep every time.
It was such a nice man though. With real bad English he was muttering to himself the whole time. "Jaha jaha.." he said and gently showed us what to do and when.
I really enjoyed that the English was not so good and that it wasn't like: " How is going, is it ok bla bla balabla" It was proper stuff, "Hang", a babushka saying "OFF" and made a big arm movement when me and my aunt was asking, being very shy if it was time to take clothes off for the mud pack, Slam! etc

Was great to leave cold UK, Was 30 Celsius when we arrived.
I recommend everyone to go there!

Girls and Boys
Hm I was thinking the other day if boys get things done more properly? If a boy is cooking he is cooking. If a girl is cooking, she is probably also washing up, being on facebook and got a machine of laundry going...(for me, putting a piece of jewellery together)
My mom told me a story that made me laugh out loud.
It was when I was little and we lived in a house with the man she was with at the moment.
She was in the kitchen baking cookies, cleaning the house and prepping dinner. She asked him: " Can you just do the washing up please?"
He comes in to the kitchen and looks around. She could see his face panic a little bit so she says again: " Just the washing up yes?"
He looks at her, pulls a face and says: " Wash up!? How can I wash up?!"
Oh my god, they way she told it was so funny I could not stop and remembering his face and how he would have pulled it.
So is this true? Us girls should leave you guys to do your thing, then maybe come in to the kitchen when you are done and wash up.(as an example) And never to ask you guys to do the 4th thing we can`t do at the same time ha ha?
Is the music industry fucked up?
I keep hearing so many different opinions about this and its soooo interesting! Some "old school people" keep saying its all a mess and that too many people are in it only for money and to get girls etc...
Others really dislike all the singing shows that are on now.
When I meet a new person they very often say: " Ah you are a singer, that must be so difficult bla bla..."
Hm you know what I think...?
That there are loads of people out there with talent, some of them need those shows to get out there because they could not find another way. Some are so lazy and just bitch bout it all because they don't wanna get up their ass and do something about their talent and think doing a show would be "sell out"
There are so many ways of making money in music now days and I am not ashamed anymore to say I want to and to have it as my full time job.(and I am getting there, yay!) Maybe I should write a book about how I have done it...hm...Or shall I just tell it all here??
And about it all being difficult, hm I think it just takes a lot of work and "stubbornness". Someone I spoke to the other day had a good point as well: " Why should it be easy and why not go for it because it might be a bit of work?"
Also, we do have doctors still and people who wanna become one. Why is it like this with arts?

I love Pole Fitness!
I just cant get enough. Its so amazing to do more and more moves I have on YouTube! I started out at Gym Box for lovely Emily Ford. Because of money etc I had a massive break and I never wanna do that again. Takes some time to get back, getting there though. Jipppieee!
